At Mass ADU Realty, we believe that small spaces can create a significant impact. In light of Massachusetts’ new ADU law, specifically Section 8 of Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024, which permits accessory dwelling units—ADUs—under 900 square feet to be constructed by-right in single-family zoning districts, our mission has evolved to embrace the opportunities it presents. We aim to transform how people perceive backyard living by designing innovative, efficient, and beautifully crafted Accessory Dwelling Units tailored to meet the needs of modern homeowners.
